don't know much about building packages myself but does this perhaps help you: http://en.pardus-wiki.org/Pisi_Packagethe only thing i can think of myself is using sudo when creating a workdir? but you probably already know that...

I read the unetbootin page and it is mentioned that Qt4 tools were being used , so I chose that option...But looking at the build , there is mention of Shell tools....
About Qt4 tools you have a read hereand have a look to my actions.py where I've used qt4 from pisi.actionsapi where it's possible.
