If you would like to help Pardus get more attention and marketing, you can ask webmasters/bloggers to review via email. I did this a few years ago with Pardus and I think I emailed about 15 different people and about 5 of them actually reviewed it and posted the reviews online.

Who did I email? I actually went to distrowatch and looked up all the reviews for the popular distros and emailed the reviewers, asking if they would review Pardus. I would suggest this to the community.

Good idea. I wonder why I have never seen a Pardus review here for example.
It's ranked at fourth place:

http://www.linux.com/directory/Distributions/Desktop/Top_Rated

But I have only see reviews with PcLinuxOS and some others:

http://www.linux.com/learn/tutorials/467316

There are many who have not done a Pardus review for very long time.

About marketing in general. I miss some nice A4 flyers etc.. in English. Like this:

The German community have some nice ones. Smiley
Easy to print out and put up at offical places, work, schools etc..

I will look at them. Smiley

Pardus got some official marketing materials to:
http://www.pardus.org.tr/eng/spread/

But I think they could put 1 or 2 A4 flyers in English there also.
Most people will look at the official homepage first.

They already got some English stuff (I find it in a article):
[1] http://cekirdek.pardus.org.tr/~gokmen/PardusFromScratch.odp

But it's difficult to find if they not save them in one place. And they could do a more simple flyer for promotion  in only one or two pages.
