"The problem is that both due to resource problems and as a choice together,
Pardus supports forums and alike community driven projects only technically.
In other words, it'd be possible to maintain a forum/portal in terms of
hosting, management, maintenance etc. but I guess it won't be easy to find a
way of moderating...
This is one of the main issues in Turkish speaking community as well. So forums
and other community projects are supported technically but not "owned",
therefore all these tools are named "unofficial"... This is quite related to
the heavy bureaucratic structure of the institution. So, it's actually like
Google's "beta policy" ;-)
So to sum up, I guess I will be able to find some hosting and maintaining
support for international forum. Also I would like to offer my time personally,
but I don't think that Pardus will have an official forum in any language."So I suppose it will be fine. Add some comments in the bug report if you have any suggestions.
