Earlier in this thread it was noted that Pardus developers were working on an upgrade package in order to provide Pardus 2009.2 users a smooth transition to Pardus 2011.

Is such an upgrade option 2009.2-->2011 already avaailable (did I miss it?)?

For my first result about this subject ...
HERE and Bug 18873 - Missing Task Manager and Network Management widget and kdm theme and lowercase letters.
