Is this list redundant?

No.
But http://paketler.pardus-linux.org/P2011/x86_64/pisi-index.xml.xz doesn't belong in this list.

And http://comak32.comu.edu.tr/comak/pisi-index.xml.xz is a as this only has i686 and was last updated pisi-index.xml   06-Jul-2011 09:45

You are right: I added http://paketler.pardus-linux.org/P2011/x86_64/pisi-index.xml.xz an I don´t use 64 bit platform.And for comak32 I saw in that repo are packages for other desktops.Can I find same packages in other repo so I can remove this one?

I was hoping for some repo with e17 and I don´t see these packages any where else except in comak.I can be wrong of course.

In official repo, e17 already exists? Couldn't you see them?
