Where on that page is the reference to downloading Furiusisomount?

The very first link, http://pakete.pardususer.de/pardus-2011/i686/pisi-index.xml.xz, gives an error message.

The how-to section doesn't shed any light on how to install.

This is 100% correct.

The how-to section doesn't shed any light on how to install.
Can you give a link to the ¨how-to section¨ you were

The easiest way is to add this > 2. Additional (non-official) package source: >pardususer.de< to your sources in Package Manager.
After this you can install this package in Package Manager.
This ^^^ is the easiest way I can make it.
And it has the benefit that you will also get future updates through Package Manager.

And if you want to surf to the repo, it´s in this link.

That´s a home-made manual (by some folks) about ¨How to create/build a  PiSi package¨.
And this manual is stored on pardususer.de, but it is not a manual about the repo pardususer.de.
This ^^^ is as clear as I can make it.
