This might be possible as the devel repo is not as thoroughly tested as the stable repo.

I've also tried to install the zlib-32bit separately, but it was not found.
That's 100% correct as all ..-32bit packages are for a x86_64 system.
They are 32-bit library packages compiled for the x86_64 system.

I don't think you do comprehend this as your nr.5 
ends with
Program terminated.
Build dependency zlib-32bit cannot be satisfied

I have no 32bit system
This ^^^ isn't correct as you have
pardus [active]
   http://packages.pardus.org.tr/pardus/2011/stable/i686/pisi-index.xml.xz
and i686 is a 32-bit system.

I did the same thing again and i got 3 warnings. (2 less).
I think if i do it two more times, i could get a cookie Wink .

I finally managed to build it without Build dependency zlib-32bit cannot be satisfied and without devel repo.
And also not using --ignore-dependency.
Detailed instructions will come later after I have enjoyed my warm

@nkoc, Yes there are pisi files:
libpng12-1.2.44-1-p11-i686.pisi and
libpng12-devel-1.2.44-1-p11-i686.pisi
