Was curious how Linux Mint 12 works (many good reviews etc..), so I installed it today. But I find out it got the same problem with the Swedish language packs as Ubuntu does:

And it's not resolved.Nothing that concern a English user but important for other parts of the world. But beside of that I think Gnome 3 are little complicated.
Feels like you must learn anything about computers from scratch again.

And I don't realy want to do it. So back to Pardus for me.
I prefeer a stabile distribution after all. Wink

Yes, that's why I always end up back to Pardus.  Being a tester of other distros mainly out of curiosity, I find I like the slower pace of Pardus as many of the upstream bugs that those quick turnover rate distros have are resolved.   I trust their updates.

I cannot get ANY of the recent Buntu derivatives working on this laptop, so no testing of the buntus here. Perhaps the next cycle will see some improvement in newer hardware support in that area....

Thanks for this link!

According to the german Mint forum version 12 is full of problems. Mint12 is not as good as it should/could be.
Maybe next version is better because the mint-tools for Gnome3 are brandnew.
