maybe good to know: on a hp dv6 there are just two penguins who can deal with that rather complicated notebook thus far:
1. pardus kurumsal 2 (using to write this) and 2011.1 (used for multimedia)
2. mageia 1
not even one of all the 'big fellas' can be installed to a more or less workable state (out of the box that is

)

Kororaa? I must admit slowly falling in love with that one (the Linux Mint of Fedora so to say, with cutting edge Fedora repositories, but out-of-the-box working like Mint and Pardus, and without the Turkish language barriere).
I have installed a Kororaa (Fedora 16+) KDE4 system on my testPC and quite easily also LXDE and Gnome3 desktop environments.
It is for the first time since the very early Red Hat days that I return to Fedora/RH.
It is however a very young distro maintained for the most part by a single person named Chris Smart, but smart he is...defintely.
When you Google around there are quite some folks that passed the way along Kubuntu, OpenSuSE and Pardus to finish up with Kororaa.
