Now i found it in playground ,but I have no idea how to add playground as repo.

Maybe you should try to add

Code:
sudo pisi bi https://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/playground/kenan/desktop/compiz/compiz-manager/pspec.xml -y

This ^^^ is not possible as playground is not a repo.
Playground is only a place where developers put their build files for packages.
And if it get through the testing procedure, will (hopefully) end up in the stable repo.
(this ^^^^ can be a lengthy procedure)

You can only build this .pisi package yourself with the following command in a konsole:
Code:
sudo pisi bi https://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/playground/kenan/desktop/compiz/compiz-manager/pspec.xml -y
After a successful build the .pisi package will be present in the same (local) directory were the command was issued.
And the the only action left is to install this (local) package Grin
