The file AUTHORS was 2x present and TRANSLATORS was in the wrong directory.
Solution is adding to actions.py:

    pisitools.remove("/usr/AUTHORS")
    pisitools.domove("/usr/TRANSLATORS", "/usr/share/doc/turpial/")

Pardususer.de has repos for P-11, Pardus-2009 and Pardus-2008. But I'm using Pardus-corporate2 (with gnome2) and my repo in my playground.. I'm using a different svn address (repo) for compile my packages:
