minitube 1.7

Did an update for minitube, so it is now version 1.7 ..

Here are the build files, so if someone can place them in the pardususer.de repo?

My "pisi info minitube" shows:

Package found in pardus repository:

This means it's from the official repo.
And as we at pardususer.de don't want to interfere with the official repo, I am not planning to add minitube to pardususer.de.
I hope you can understand my considerations.

Mmmm .. its not interfere, its just an update. And if the official guys/girls not have time for it, is it then so bad the users doing it?
But ok .. then i use it for myself

You can see it as the ppa's from Ubuntu, where the ubuntu guys/girls also not update
software for the release they bring out. So then the users create there own repos where
you can find the newest versions.
Not an idea for pardususer.de?

Mmmm .. its not interfere.......

And when the "official guys/girls" have sorted out their problems and they release an update version of minitube.
We then have created, according to my definition, an interference.

I see the point, but most of the time when they bring out a linux distro,
they 'freeze' the software. So not update the software, but only update
some security-bugs.
New version of software comes with new releases of the distro, or the distro
must be a rolling-distro, and Pardus is not

And .. if there will be a new version in the official repo , then it is newer and pisi will
update it.

It is more a decision of the pardususer repo then really an interference.
But it is like you already say ... how you define interference?

This ^^^ isn't 100% true.
Pardus is a rolling-distro.
And if they can not maintain this because of some software reason, there will be an upgrade manager to take care of this continuing system.
This is the way things have been handled up-to-now.
