I see the point, but most of the time when they bring out a linux distro,
they 'freeze' the software. So not update the software, but only update
some security-bugs.
New version of software comes with new releases of the distro, or the distro
must be a rolling-distro, and Pardus is not

And .. if there will be a new version in the official repo , then it is newer and pisi will
update it.
It is more a decision of the pardususer repo then really an interference.
But it is like you already say ... how you define interference?
