They are not official  packages, but for the users who like to use updates software of Firefox, etc.
Look here:

http://birgo.mynet.com/pardus-guncel-paketler

For the use of Firefox and Chromium u also need to download and install the package nss-3.13.1.

So download the pisi package:

And from the terminal:
sudo pisi it packagename.pisi

Did the update , and we may have a problem, this is what I get ( in console ) :

(process:1472): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_slice_set_config: assertion `sys_page_size == 0' failed
g_dbus_connection_real_closed: Remote peer vanished with error: Underlying GIOStream returned 0 bytes on an async read (g-io-error-quark, 0). Exiting.
/usr/bin/firefox: line 142:  1472 Terminated              "$dist_bin/run-mozilla.sh" $script_args "$dist_bin/$MOZILLA_BIN" "$@"

I will wait for your response before I correct it

I get (on different computers and in various languages)
Quote
atolboo@wind-pardus ~ $ firefox

(process:4640): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_slice_set_config: assertion `sys_page_size == 0' failed

and FF appears.

Sounds like my setup is the problem, thank you

EDIT:  I removed the pisi package of firefox 11, then reinstalled, with the same results.

I then did a manual install of firefox 11.0a2 ( 2011-12-25 ) , works fine now.

FURTHER EDIT : My running Enlightenment as a D.E. seems to be the cause, D-bus doesn't run reliably for all things       ( being non-KDE ) and the graphic front-ends  on some utilities crash as a result,and since firefox is all gui..........
the fix I use for the critical things is " export $(dbus-launch) ", Perhaps I should fix this , any suggestions ?

a beta called "Aurora"
However , the trouble seems more systemic than I originally thought (a bad compileing of something not related ) , so I'm in the middle of a system restore.

.......the new Firefox-11.0
