Iso files onto USB [SOLVED]

I've got IsoWriter installed but it doesn't seem to work with non-Pardus releases of Linux. Are there any iso-to-usb creation tools I can install? I've got a release of Ubuntu I want to install on a friend's pc.

When I click 'OK', I get:

No USB flash drives were found. If you have already inserted a USB drive, try reformatting it as FAT32.

The drive is plugged in. I tried to install the Ubuntu iso using isoWrite so it probably needs formatting but I have no idea how to do this and Pardus doesn't seem to have any utilities for this. YouTube vids on formatting usb devices aren't exactly useful, either!

Sometimes the hardware (for whatever reason) won't detect automatically a usb stick.
So (as I do when this happens ) unplug the stick, wait a second , plug it back in.
the computer should then recognize the device.

Install "Gparted ", then read this : http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/17001/how-to-format-a-usb-drive-in-ubuntu-using-gparted/         .

Ubuntu (and some other distributions) are  using a non-hybrid .iso file.
And only UNetbootin can  create a bootable USB device from these non-hybrid .iso files.
The USB device must have a fat32 partition and must be mounted before starting UNetbootin

Install "Gparted ".....

No need to do this ^^^ as there is System Settings > Partition manager

It will be nice if someone make Multiboot to work in Pardus.It is great tool.
