Hello,

What makes Pardus so special? For me, not the Turkish Language Support. Since I am working for international GSM Company I need to use English.

In this case why I am not using Debian or Ubuntu or Fedora etc.

I am using Pardus, since it is easy to install. GUI is good. Configuration tools are almost perfect.

I use Pardus because of Comar, Yalı, Pisi, Kaptan. I use Pardus because of its good integration with other programs.

The community distribution of Pardus should take care the base architecture of Pardus. Some people say there are not too much packages in Pardus repositories and can we integrate the other distributions repositories like Debian or Fedora.

It is quite normal to have less packages since Debian was evolving more than 14 years. Also how many of packages are we using really? I can say Pardus should continue with its own packages considering stability and perfection. With community there will be lots of people giving support to Pardus. And with one repository we can get rid of  double efforts.

Also the home page of Pardus as Richard said www.pardus.org.tr or www.pardus.org. It can be worldforum.pardus-linux.nl also. But as I said it should be central and everybody should know where to go instead of visiting www.pardus-linux.org or www.ozgurlukicin.org or www.pardus.org.tr or www.pardususer.de etc.

As a result,

1)There should be one repository
2)www.pardus.org to follow as home page but if not possible something else. But there should be one official site to follow.
3)We need to follow only pisi packages to provide stability and ease of use.
4)Pardus should keep its base architecture like, Comar,Pisi,Kaptan,Yalı and good integration with other programs.

Best Regards,

Murat
