All I have heard of late are rumors  ( that do not agree with each other ) and a promises for 32 bit anka at months end.

If you go through the recent forum postings looking for pantera , you will find instructions to upgrade your 2011.1 to anka 64 bit

I still maintain a vigil on irc  freenode #pardus-world if you wish to ask questions

I've already tried to upgrade to anka but the result was quite disastrous, so i asked for the .iso image because i think that will be released when the project is very mature. I don't care about the time, i only hope in a rebirth of pardus.

Yes, now there is a Pardus ANKA .iso, you can download here:
