First result: It's a Live-DVD with a Install To Disk option and has Synaptic Package Manager on board.
.iso file is a hybrid-iso and can be handled with Isowriter.
The KDE version is KDE SC Version 4.8.4 and i686 kernel is 3.2.0-3-686-pae.
Used repo is ftp://depo.pardus.org.tr/bireysel/anahavuz/dists/testing/

It looks like it's based off Debian (not quite sure if it's Squeeze or Wheezy), rather than an evolution of Pardus_2011.2.

Anyway, I'm downloading to give it a spin in a VM.

I was looking at this recently, but passed it up.  I'm waiting for anka next release, and in case there is one I want to use my download dial up bandwidth for it.  If there isn't I will try this Debian version later.

Here's the link I found, translated.

Let us know if it is in Turkish language only or maybe while running the LiveDVD one can change the language and then click 'install'.  That's what I did with another Linux distro who's main language was not English.

......with EN and TR version.
With the EN version you can select other languages during installation.
It's not 100% language perfect but therfore it's a RC version.

I could also install my downloaded google-earth-stable_current_i386.deb
The 3.2.0-3-686-pae kernel is also detecting my 4GB Ram.
GRUB2 is used.

I don't think that this ^^^ doesn't have any added value as everybody can download and test the Live-DVD/USB and the wanted result.
You don't need to install it Grin

Other than having the Pardus Grub boot screen I don't see much in my (very limited) experimentations to distinguish it from (say) Siduction.

As regards language, it seems mainly OK in en_GB, except that the "about" messages that display while the installer is running (as opposed to the progress messages) are in Turkish.

Tried the Gnome x64 edition in VirtualBox ...
It is Gnome 3.4.2 Smiley

And if I look at the whole setup it looks a little like the setup
of LinuxMint Debian Edition (not the look and feel, but the installer
and the use of Debian as base).

But ... we got something, it is working, lot of software that is stable
(Debian base). For me as user it is OK.

Only question .. who developed this ISO's? Looks like Tubitak has some
other party that develop it. It is not the Anka group, and now we have
2 Pardus? One based on Debian and one based on the old PISI (the one
Anka still try to develop).

..... Looks like Tubitak ......
I guess it's Tubitak with the remaining (fewer) staff.
They moved from .pisi to .deb and this saves a lot of manpower.
My hope is that they will also modify System Settings the previous Pardus way and add Panda and etc...
Re-open/add Transifex to enable 100% non-TR-EN language support Wink

pardus_fatih_2011.3rc1:
It is a Live-DVD/USB with Install To Disk option and has Synaptic Package Manager (.deb based) on board.
It has.....
KDE SC Version 4.8.4 and i686 kernel is 3.2.0-3-686-pae.
And additional software (Starboard, etc) to function as an electronic school board.
In short it's pardus_2011.3rc1_kde + additional software.
