pardus-anka2013 ppp package failes to create /var/run/ppp

Hi all,
Since there is still a server problem at the main padus-anka bug reporting site, I will report it here just to get it listed.

I did another install of pardus-anka 64 bit and once again could not connect, exit status 16 for kppp.  The problem is that the package ppp does not create /var/run/ppp directory, even though it is listed in the xml files for this pisi package.  Today I did a:
sudo mkdir /var/run/ppp
which gives me a successful internet connection to my usb modem.

I have to recreate this directory upon reboot for it gets deleted for some reason.
