I read about it on DistroWatch a few months ago.

In fact, DW seems so positive about Pardus, I put up a quote from DWW on the en.wikipedia page for Pardus.

And the wikipedia page is where I found out about this forum.

I heard of Pardus during a Linux meeting earlier this year, in Tiel (Netherlands).

Even tho I haven't finished downlading Pardus, I tried updating and improving that page with info from the 2007 release notes.

Re that other site, I'm afraid the only Dutch/Flemish I speak is counting numbers 1-20 and a few swear words  Cheesy  (spent a month in Belgium many years ago...)

(  :x hootverdammer, on preview I see that bbcode can't handle URLs with underscores & brackets )
( BTW I never learned how to spell those Flemish swearwords :wink: )

Hi,

I heard per coinidence. Used a Knoppix like distribution and was looking for something. Found a site (german) where they discribed som distros, there was a linke to Pardus and I tried.

I will not change and do not regret.
