There are two things you can do, easiest is pressing F11 when after bios and select to boot from your Windows partition.
The other is: once you get in Pardus (hope it still work), go to:
/boot/grub/
press F4, enter
sudo nano grub.conf
in the console
And try to correct the path to Windows, it should be something like:
title Microsoft Windows XP Pro
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
or..
title Windows XP
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
chainloader (hd1,0)+1
