Hallo:
When I try to install or run the Pardus 2007.1 CD my monitor goes out of range. How do I get around this while running the CD? That is, get into root mode?
Graphics card is NVIDIA GEforce 6100. Advice please.

Thanks-Pardus.Ca :?

Hallo all:
Well stupid me  remembers to use Ctrl+Alt+F2 or Ctrl+Alt+Backspace to get to the root command.

What command should I give to get my monitor
within range?
             Looking forward to help here.

Thanks,

Hallo:
This is the message I am receiving: "waiting for X server to shut down x connection to :0:0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown)"

Followed by a second line: ""FreeFontPath: FPE "/usr/share/fonts/misc/"
refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing.

Then: pardus ~ #

What commands will stop the ├Âut-of-range problem??
